The garden has grown….

I created Inspirit Garden to bring more love and light into the world, to help each of us build a deeper connection with our hearts and how words make us feel.

Over the past few years, I have also been cultivating a coaching business; it started with energy paintings and an intuitive message that people “needed to hear,” and I wanted to help my clients more. I went all in on deepening my skills, becoming a certified life coach with mastery certifications in hypnotherapy, Nero Linguistic programming (aka NLP), and Time Line TherapyTM (aka TLT)

With a holistic approach to healing, and is customized for each individual's needs based on the problem(s) they wish to solve using a variety of proven methods to achieve success. My toolbox includes Hypnotherapy, Nero Linguistic Programming (aka NLP), and Time Line TherapyTM.

The Time Line Therapy™ model has become widely known as one of the most effective methods for creating quick, lasting change for an individual. Combining this information with advanced NLP and hypnosis techniques will accelerate one's ability to heal and transform at a deep level.

Simply put, my coaching is an advanced form of personal coaching to bring out the best in people by changing and honing their focus, harnessing what they already have but are not utilizing, and harvesting their lessons so that they can cultivate a life they love.
